Dr. Lingua Hiragana Drag-and-Drop (check it out here!)
When Georgia was but a wee little beginning Japanese learner, Dr. Lingua came to her rescue. A simple little game that can be played on phone or desktop, this website has been my go-to for studying hiragana and katakana. Multiple ways to play create a mix-and-match game that can help to create and keep memory recall on different levels! Once you've memorized your characters, see how fast you can fill in the chart!

Tofugu's Mnemonic Charts (download them here and here!)
Mnemonics are the practice of using different tools to aid in memory retention. Whether it be creating acronyms for mathematical equations or making images out of complex formulas, a mnemonic can be powerful tool! Plus, it's a really cool word to throw around in conversation.
Many find mnemonics to be a massive help in memorize the shape and form of hiragana and katakana. After all, you are more likely to remember the character for "ku" in hiragana when you realize it looks like the open mouth of a "kuu-ing" bird (see what I did there??), or that "ki" looks awfully a lot like the bumps of a key. To this day, I still keep my mnemonic charts tacked up over my desk, as I never know when my brain is going to go blank in a critical moment...
Check back later for more :)
